Come and join us for Christmas Day Lunch.
Sherry and canapés are served at 12.45pm around the Christmas tree in the Clement Scott Bar, followed by a sumptuous 5 course lunch ….then, relax in the bar or  lounge with coffee and petit fours  before heading home.

Onion bread croutons, sage pesto

Ballotine of Smoked Salmon Rillette and Langoustine
Horseradish cream and crisp, quail egg, pea gel, caviar and lemon dressing


Cherry and Pink Champagne

Main Course

Traditional Bronze Roast Turkey
Roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, seasonal vegetables, sage and chestnut stuffing, cranberry and bread sauce and Madeira jus


Roast Fillet of Beef
Carrots and fine bean bundle, celeriac purée, dauphinoise potato, shallot jus
(served medium or well done)


Pavé of Wild Sea bass
Lobster cannelloni, concasse of potato, confit fennel, caviar and Champagne sauce



Steamed Christmas Pudding
Clotted cream ice cream, red berry compote, brandy sauce


Delice of Lemon Meringue
Blackcurrant purée, mint syrup, yoghurt sorbet


Chocolate and Brownie Torte
Latte ice cream, crème Chantilly, chocolate ‘crackle’
